Alex Yeager, CFP®
I began my financial career working as a bank teller during spring breaks and summers while at college. Always strong with numbers, this role introduced me to the importance of developing trusting relationships and delivering superior client service. I have put these skills to work for both institutional and private offices, advising clients and constructing investment portfolios for the past 10 years.
In 2014, I formed Everlong Financial in Austin, Texas. My goal was to create a financial planning practice that integrates my investment experience with technology of today. I strongly believes that everyone can benefit from having a formal financial plan in place. As a young professional, I know this is especially true for those just growing into their careers and wealth.
In 2009, I married my wife Elizabeth in the mountain town of Asheville, North Carolina. Together with our two children, we enjoy taking our dog Wrigley to the park and walking the trail around Lady Bird Lake. I am an avid runner and I challenge myself to run 100 miles in the heat of July each year. Living in the "Live Music Capital of the World," I enjoy live music and searching for vinyl LPs to broaden my music collection.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Psychology. I obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in June 2009.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
